How will my bouquet arrive?

All bouquets are shipped in our signature FLEURT packaging designed to keep your flowers safe during travel (and to add a little spark of joy to the recipient)! Your bouquet will arrive arranged in a hand-tied bouquet ready to be put on display in your home. Remove the packaging around the bottom of the stems and get your bouquet into warm water. You can cut the binding (or not!) and place them in a vase to brighten up any space!

Included in the box you’ll find:

  • Flower care instructions & a flower food packet
  • To & From note card
  • And of course, your flowers!

When will my bouquet arrive?

If you are ordering today and want your bouquet to arrive tomorrow, orders MUST be placed by 11am EST. Orders placed after 11am EST for next day delivery will be shipped out the following business day.

If you are ordering today and want your bouquet to arrive at a later date, you can place your order anytime.

Orders arrive on your chosen delivery date by end of day. We are at the mercy of our shipping carrier, so arrival times may vary!

Due to our shipping carrier's requirements, we are unable to deliver bouquets on Mondays, Saturdays, & Sundays.

How do I take care of my flowers?

Why doesn't my bouquet look exactly like the photo?

Please note that not all flower varieties are available year round and each FLEURT bouquet is made completely unique to you. No two FLEURT bouquets will look exactly the same, which is just the way we like it!

What should I do if I have concerns about the quality of the flowers?

Our team takes great care to ensure quality and freshness of each stem! The shipping process is not always kind, and sometimes things happen! If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your bouquet so that we can assist you. 

What should I do if my bouquet is delivered later than the desired delivery date?

Send us a photo of the bouquet to hello@getfleurt.com. This will help us determine the condition of the flowers. In most cases, the flowers are still in great condition and perfect for use in your home. Follow the flower care instructions included in your package and any wilted or thirsty flowers will typically bounce back to life within 1-2 days.

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that things come up! We require 3 days notice prior to your delivery date to cancel an order. If your recipient won’t be able to accept the flowers as you planned, we can always change the delivery address if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Reach out to us at hello@getfleurt.com and we will do our best to accommodate any changes you may require. 

What is your refund policy?

Flowers are unpredictable by nature which is why our team is ready to offer tips to make your blooms look beautiful. We stand behind using only the freshest flowers and want to ensure you get the best possible blooms. While all sales are final, we understand that mishaps can happen. Reasons that you may be eligible for compensation include; your FLEURT arrives in substandard condition, or if it was never delivered. To be eligible for a refund or replacement of a substandard bouquet, please email us at hello@getfleurt.com within 1 day of receipt and include a photo of your bouquet. FLEURT does not take responsibility for orders with incorrectly entered shipping addresses. 

Where do you deliver? 

We deliver nationwide across the USA. Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico.

Will I receive tracking info for my order?

Yes, once your order is scanned by our delivery carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this to count down the minutes until magic is unveiled!

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
